Sustainability advice

A concrete improvement plan for your home: which measures deliver the most label gain and savings, what they cost and which subsidies are available. Not general tips, but well-founded, tailor-made advice for your specific home.

Our advisor assesses the current situation on location and calculates insulation, installations and solar energy. You gain insight into the costs, the savings and the payback time per measure.

The result is a clear step-by-step plan, tailored to your budget and wishes, including an overview of the subsidies and schemes you are entitled to.

Our sustainability recommendations are prepared by a certified EP-MWA/W energy performance advisor in accordance with BRL 9500-MWA/W and ISSO 82.2. On request, we officially register the tailored advice in EP-Online (RVO). This means the report meets the requirements that various lenders set for a sustainability report for a financing application or interest rate discount.

FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most

A concrete improvement plan for your property. It sets out which measures are worthwhile, what they cost, how much you save, the payback time and which subsidies are available.

The energy label is a mandatory snapshot of the energy performance. The sustainability advice goes further and tells you exactly what you can do to improve that performance.

From 699 euros including VAT, including the energy label for your home. If you combine it with other services, a bundle discount is possible.

Yes. Because the advisor carries out a full assessment anyway, the energy label is taken along and registered at the same time.

These include roof, facade, floor and glass insulation, a high-efficiency boiler or a (hybrid) heat pump, ventilation and solar panels. The advice is tailored to your specific property.

Yes. The advice sets out the current schemes that apply to you, such as the ISDE for owner-occupiers and the SVOH for private landlords, plus any municipal schemes.

For buyers who want to know what a home needs, owners who want to improve step by step, and landlords and homeowners' associations who want to draw up a plan.

The on-site assessment usually takes about an hour. You receive the completed report within a few working days.

No, the advice is entirely without obligation. You decide for yourself whether, when and in which order you carry out the measures.

Making your home more sustainable generally results in a better energy label, lower energy costs and more comfort. That often has a positive effect on the value and saleability of your home.
